Vilac Touch and find Iceland

The unsurpassed bestseller Vilac tries to develop children's often neglected sense of touch in an original way. Now it comes in a unique variant made according to the designs of illustrator Michelle Carlslund. The game consists mainly of wooden figures hidden in a bucket equipped with a soft fabric bag inside. After placing their hand in the tube, the younger children are tasked with describing in their own words what object they are holding in their hand, based on feeling alone. Parents can demonstrate the procedure to their children with an illustrative example. Older children can play a game in the form of lotto or bingo, for these games picture cards of individual objects are available in the set. Main features: 21 game pieces and 20 picture cards for 2-5 players different game variants designed by Michelle Carlslund practical packaging How to play: Touch and find: The first player takes a card from the pile. Then they have to reach into the bag and feel the wooden piece that matches the picture on the card. If he chooses the correct piece, he keeps the card and it is the next player's turn, who starts again by drawing a card from the pile. But if the first player chooses the wrong tile, he must pass his card to the next player, who must try to find the correct tile. After each round, the pieces are returned to the bag. When there are no more cards left in the pile, the winner is determined. The player with the most cards wins. Attention! If one of the players accidentally draws a Yeti-shaped piece, they must return all their cards to the pile! You can adjust the rules as you see fit to help children become more familiar with feeling and finding objects: 1 – Start with a small amount of wooden pieces. 2 – Allow the children to look in the bag. 3 – Then make the game a bit more difficult again, don't let them look into the bag. 4 – Add more pieces to the bag. 5 – Finally, when the children get used to the game, play according to the traditional rules. BINGO variant: Lay out 4 cards in a square and create one or more playing fields for each player. One of the players or a parent takes a piece out of the bag and calls it out. The player who has a card corresponding to this summoned piece takes it and places it on his card. The first player to fill up their playing field wins! Documentation: Guide to the game Touch and find Iceland (CZ) Guide to the game Touch and find Iceland (SK) Guide to the game Touch and find Iceland (FR, EN, IT, ES, DE, DK, NL) Travel with us in a naive and the elegant world of the Danish illustrator Michelle Carlslund, a world of soft colors that is full of cute bears and friendly birds. In 2010, while Michelle was still studying graphic design, she printed her illustrations at home and tried to sell them on the design market, where they met with great success! Several shops wanted to start selling her creations, so she thought it would be nice to start a business. Michelle quickly became a respected freelance illustrator. Today, her eco-friendly graphic works can be purchased worldwide in designer boutiques, stationery stores and children's stores. Michelle is inspired by everything around her. Her creations are tender and poetic, a stylized and childlike style that blends perfectly with Vilac toys. "I'm a French fries lover, a time optimist, and a freelance eco poster maker and illustrator based in Copenhagen, Denmark," is what illustrator Michelle Carlslund would say if she had to describe herself in one sentence.
